Should I Have a First Look?

You’re so excited for that moment when you finally see each other just before saying your vows at your intimate wedding. Whether your eloping or inviting a few guests to your small wedding, the moment you lock eyes will be so special you’ll want to remember it forever. Is it your dream to have a beautiful, private first look or do you want to save the magic moment for the aisle? We’ve got you covered!

The First Look

The trend lately has been to have a private moment prior to the ceremony with just the two of you present. This is amazing for couples that are especially anxious and jittery. If you have pre-elopement butterflies, then it may be beneficial for you to see your beloved before walking down the aisle. You would be able to talk, hug, and kiss in a private moment between you two. This will give you the freedom to capture the joy of this moment with your photographer and you can schedule this first look at another epic location to have a variety of shots.

The Aisle

Do you want to keep it a surprise? We love surprises! There’s something so meaningful about the look on the groom’s face when he first sees you walk down the aisle. You get the gorgeous scenery and florals of your ceremony. As an added bonus, you get to have all of your family and friends witness that moment along with you.

Will you have a first look or save the magic for the aisle?
