A Tender Elopement with Family and Friends

An Elopement embodies all of the best parts of a wedding — the love the couple shares for each other and the most important people in their lives. This couple did just that by honoring those who they love the most. Every friend and family member played a part in this intimate ceremony.

The couple began with a First Look Photo Tour to the Secret Island where the two took in the awe of the spectacular Oahu mountain ridges from their private boat. They danced on the dock, laughed by the sea, and stole our hearts with their incredible sense of humor.

Instead of a traditional officiant, the couple asked a friend to preside at their ceremony, and he did a great job! The groom’s niece and nephew ushered in the bride as flower girl and ring bearer. Both of the bride’s parents were able to say a few words of advice and encouragement to the couple during the ceremony. The groom’s mother and sister led the couple in a symbolic unity sand ceremony. The two ended their ceremony by saying their personal vows to each other. Every moment was filled with purpose and tender meaning, and we could not get enough of it!
